A new reptile retailer opened its first-ever pet store in Peterborough this week, selling bearded dragons and snakes.
Reptili is Peterborough’s newest pet store, which opened in Scalford Drive on Monday 9th May.
It offers its customers a range of services, including live reptiles as well as the sale of nutrition and equipment pet owners will need to care for their pets.
So far Reptili has 17 enclosures to house live reptiles and the enclosures will be occupied by a range of reptiles including snakes, bearded dragons, geckos and turtles.
Reptili’s store manager, Tom Smith, 25, said the company was proud to open its first-ever store in Peterborough.
“Reptili chose Peterborough as our first store location because we recognized that there weren’t many reptile stores in the town,” he said.
“We provide a high quality service that provides reptile owners with everything they need.
“All living animals are cared for and cared for – and we provide new and existing owners with all the information they need to try to clear up the misconceptions people have about reptiles.”
Reptili’s goal is to make life easier and more enjoyable for reptile owners. It also offers a live dining subscription service and a wide range of housing, heating, lighting, decorating and other food options.
Reptili is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday. You can sign up for its subscription service by entering your email through its website.
